It’s Official – We Are Renovating an Uptown Double!

Our offer has been accepted, and we close November 20, 2015.

It’s a “hurry-up-and-wait” thing for now, just going through the process of appraisals, inspections, loan finalization, and so on.

Meanwhile… I am collecting ideas from Pinterest, trying to get creative on the “shotgun double” walk-through bedroom that will need to become private.
